League Format:
Regular Season Phase 1 - Intermediate East & West (July 11th - July 25th) - Teams will play their three divisional opponents once. At the end of phase 1 the bottom team in each intermediate division will be relegated to division 2, with the top three teams in each division combining for phase 2 of the regular season. Points will carry over from phase 1. Phase 2 - Teams will play all of their divisional opponents once, and final standings will determine playoff match-ups. Playoffs (September 5th) - All teams will compete, but only the top two teams will be eligible to win the title

Points will carry over from phase 1. Phase 2 - Teams will play all of their divisional opponents once, and final standings will determine playoff match-ups. Playoffs (September 5th) - All teams will compete, but only the top two teams will be eligible to win the title
Regular Season - Recreational (July 11th - August 22nd) - Teams will play all of their divisional opponents once and two teams twice, and final standings will determine playoff match-ups. Playoffs (August 29th - September 5th) - All teams will compete in a two round playoff bracket, but only the top four teams will be eligible to win the title.
