League Format:
Group 1 & 2 (August 10th - 24th) Phase 1 - Teams play all of their divisional opponents once, with the top team in group 2 and bottom team in group 1 being promoted/relegated.
Phase 2 - Teams will play all of their divisional opponents twice. The top two teams in each group will be eligible to compete for the title.
